After over a year of use they have held up well. It took me a few tries to find my size but once I did they were excellent. I've been wearing them probably at least 3 times a week for a little over a year now. They have held up very well. I wouldn't recommend running them outside of sprints/intervals, not much cushioning. They just provide a very stable foundation. The nice wide toe box is great for everything from deadlifts and squats to sprints, cycling, rowing etc. I wear Nikes in sizes 11-11.5 and they fit a 9.5 and 10. (I have a second pair on sale bought in a shop in town half a size smaller and still fit well). They somehow manage not to pick up odors and my feet get VERY sweaty despite these being some of the most ventilated boots out there. I wore. I wear socks, but you can do without them if you want.
