On the advice of a dermatologist, I utilized this treatment during the period in which the symptoms of oral dermatitis (skin that was crimson-red in the region of the nasolabial triangle) were at their worst. Even though contact with water is contraindicated in the treatment of this dermatitis, the skin was able to recover some of its composure because I took care not to aggravate it while cleansing it thoroughly but also with caution.
