Review on Revitalize Your Hair with Malibu C Mini Rehab Set: A Must-Have Hair Care Solution by Melissa Warren

My hair needs regeneration after use.

So about six years ago I used hard water products for a while and it worked like magic - my hair (very fine 2A) was soft as a baby and bouncy what it used to be didn't give. since I was about 12 years old. Then I stopped using it for a few years after cutting off most of the length and when I tried again 2-3 years ago it didn't seem to work that well. My hair was fine; just miraculously changed. Since then I've been washing my hair less and using dry shampoo more often so it took me a while to build up enough minerals to notice. This time I got a kit instead of a hard water clean because I know the stuff is pretty drying and I figured a miracle repair was devised to counteract that. It didn't go very well. After washing it off with hard water, my hair was what I expected - a bit dry, prone to tangles. So I applied the repairing miracle and let it sit for three minutes, and somehow in those three minutes my hair turned to fire. Dry, brittle, very thin sticks. It was not good. So I did the conditioning twice with no noticeable effect and then used my regular ladle which didn't soften the chopsticks either. Then I mixed up half coconut and half shampoo and smeared it up, and when I washed it off some of the sticks became more like straw. A little sticky straw, but it was a small improvement. Then I poured about 8 ounces of honey on my head and let it sit for five minutes. My hair loves honey; I mix it with conditioner and use it alone before conditioner when my hair needs extra help. When I rinsed off I couldn't tell the honey was there at all - I think the straw just soaked it up. First of all, it was like straw back then, which was definitely better than sticks. Then I used a handful of deep conditioner, about three times the usual amount, and let it sit for five minutes. After that, the straw looked more like dry grass, which again was a step forward. I then conditioned normally three times and when I applied the third round I was almost able to brush it through my hair without any sagging. When I washed it out it was 1am and I had run out of warm water so I spritzed some leave-in conditioner on the ends and now it's drying out and feeling a lot like hair. After a successful hard water treatment it sure was a miracle cure trying to destroy my hair. Eventually - not soon - I'll try the hard water treatment again just to confirm and I'll try to remember to update this. I'm giving two stars instead of one because hard water might be ok - I really can't tell at the moment. The Miracle Repair smelled nice too, but even so, I'm not going to touch it with two ten-foot sticks again.
