I don't know why Dodge decided to put small paddles on cars like the 392 and up. These cars deserve racing paddles. not the soccer mom's van. The paddle shifters match the interior of my car very well. They hold up very well after I put them on the original paddles. It doesn't feel free at all. I can't reach when spinning with my old switches, but with these I can spin and shift. If I move, they learn. It won't take long to install them. For those who say the paddles don't work, they probably installed the wrong ones or bought the wrong ones.
