In my previous home I designed solid wood shelving and my builder made them and spoiled me. Then I sold this house and bought my dream house, which I like very much. But this 25 year old and wired Closetmaid shelf I don't like because little things fall through it and leave wire marks on everything that's on it. I solved this problem by installing custom acrylic panels on top of the shelves, but every time you move the shelf the brackets holding it break. These replacement clips are easy to use and much more functional than the original clips. Using them is easier and more efficient than replacing all shelves with non-standard ones.
