I bought this for my 1 year old granddaughter's bath and she loves it. It floats and splashes water, very cute. It takes 2 AAA batteries (not included) so I'm hoping it won't rust from lots of water play. It doesn't make a loud noise and it's not too big - just right for a bath. I don't understand the 2 star rating saying it's cheaply made because it definitely isn't. It's very durable and the colors are very vibrant (I have purple). I hope they will be available again; I would buy it as a gift.
