This worked great, replaced the same 2 bulbs with the specs of the old ones. Wow, bright light again, easy to install too. Turn OFF the switch on this light and remove the bulbs, remove the metal body by squeezing in the center to unhook/take off the metal cover. Then simply cut and remove the wire from the installed wire about 4 inches from the old ballast box. Unscrew the old ballast (usually with a screw). Connect the same colored wires from the ballast to the existing wires using the yellow or orange twisted pair wire connectors and tie the remaining wires, twisting the tie wrap so they are out of the way. Put the white metal cover back on the new ballast and wire, put the bulbs back in place and turn the switch back on and you're done!
