Got the bed for my son cause his old bed was worn out. Initially loved the bed, but this past week several of the support rail bend and popped out of place. Only had the bed roughly 2 months. Contacted the company yesterday but seeing how it is the weekend don't know when I will get a response.Update: it is going on the third week since I reached out to company, not about replacing the rails but ordering some fix the job. Still, no reply. So while the bed initially look well, seem sturdy and had lots of storage underneath it , I don't know if I would recommend anyone else getting it.Last update: never heard from the company, so I just when to Lowe's and brought four 2 by 4 wood slats and cut them off to brace the sections where the original metal rods went. Don't waste your money on this bed, I will be getting a new one for him next year.
