I wouldn't convince you to buy them, but I wouldn't dissuade you either.
I'm sure most of the sample photos aren't these lights or Photoshop, but the two showing close-ups of the real product are real. Socket prongs are cheap, must be bent together to create tension to keep them in socket, and are the first mark of quality. The control box looks sparse and empty. The wire is as thin as angel hair paste and, although it provides good power to the LEDs, it is easily damaged. Worth buying? fur if you want. I wouldn't talk you out of it if they meet your needs, but I wouldn't talk you out of it either. You're probably fine as long as you meet your expectations.
