**Update** We slept on these sheets and they were amazing at first then suddenly broke in the middle. I have never seen sheets tear like this and am very unhappy that this has happened after only a few months of use. I don't think they have stood the test of time. These sheets are amazing. When we decided on a new bed, I wanted to make sure we didn't buy cheap sheets that would be uncomfortable after all the money we've spent on the new bed. These sheets were exactly as described. super soft, super comfy. absolutely a bargain as thread count sheets are usually very expensive. I will most likely buy another set in a different color. Highly recommended.
