Just received this today and it seems to suit your needs. Tight but not too tight and I feel like I have a comfortable full range of motion. If I shed the last 10 pounds it might get a little less comfortable, but it should still keep me warm. Basically I'm not used to wearing wetsuits anymore so I'm giving it a 4 and will update it now as soon as I get a chance to swim in it. Chest 35 inches, Waist 29 inches, Hips 38 inches. The size 6 fit me snugly, but not what I would say snug, and I was able to easily rotate my arms over my head in a "crawling" motion. Let's see if it lifts or something when I actually do laps tomorrow. I have longer arms for my height (people say I'm related to toffees) but the sleeves reach the end of my wrist and are snug (two fingers can easily slide into the wrist). I swam for the first time this morning and the air temp was 69F with a chill that felt like 58F. The water temp was about 72F at 6:45am. It warmed me up so much that I can continue in the outdoor pool for another hour. I wasn't freezing when I came out either because I dried off while everyone else ran to the dressing room when the wind picked up I was comfortable. Ideal freedom of movement for swimming laps, no water ingress. A couple of times the water shot up the sleeve up to the elbow when I pulled really hard, but that wasn't a problem and only happens at the beginning. Acceleration. It's really worth it. Make sure you order by measurements. It will fit snugly - as conveniently drawn, and that's how it should fit to work properly. It didn't come open while swimming and kept me warm.

Cons
