Invest in something a little more heavy duty
I think this is perfect for senior citizens, or for people that are not too mobile, but there are better options for young, active adults. The resistance has nearly diminished; I have the machine set to the highest resistance and you can tell it was nowhere near as hard to petal compared to when I first bought it. That only took about 3 weeks of medium use before that happened.
