So disappointed in string lights

I bought 2 of these lights to light up my garden. I tested both lamps to make sure they work. I love how bright they are! But after all the work of threading them all over my fence and splicing them together, they're not both going to catch fire! I can have one set catch fire, if I change the plug the other set will catch fire. But both sets together do not light up. I think I wasted my time and money! Go to the pet store and buy them there! Now I have to find time to film everything! So crazy!
