This shoe has great arch support. The last 3 times I went to Disney and wore tennis shoes my feet were swollen and sore and Aggie needed me to wear shoes on this trip and by day 5 they were perfect, my feet didn't even hurt, my feet felt so perfectly that I didn't care if I wore sandals or not in the rain. Speaking of rain if you have to put shoes on and it's raining they are super absorbent, I didn't find them slippery at all and I literally walked in the rain for hours, it didn't damage the shoes The velcro strap makes the shoes very strong and very durable. Update: April 2019 I wear these shoes every day! Without lies! And they see. I had 3 trips with me and now we are on our 4th trip with me. Qualitative! Surprised how long they lasted.
