This product is terrible! I bought it for my daughter's wedding. Took it out a few days before the wedding to practice. In the first photo, the cartridge already installed in the printer broke. The film on the cartridge stuck to the photo and broke. Read all instructions before use. Instructions followed down to the last detail. I bought a pack of 3 cartridges and photo paper. We thought it was just a bad cartridge so we carefully removed the factory installed cartridge and made sure there was no torn foil in the hole. We put in one of the purchased cartridges according to the instructions and it went smoothly, exactly according to the instructions. I printed another image, did the same. So my husband tried it and carefully read all the instructions, the result is the same! I was very upset and angry at that moment. Cartridges are not cheap and now we have 3 broken cartridges. I didn't have time to deal with that piece of shit. Instead I bought 2 Fugi Instax Mini Polaroids and film. Guests loved taking photos with them. It would just be nice to have 4x6 prints instead of tiny polaroids. The printer itself must have been defective! Of course, when we returned from the wedding venue, it was too late to return. Its my fault. I should have taken the time to retrieve it before we left for the wedding, but I had so little time. I planned her wedding remotely and did a lot of the decorations myself, which took a lot of time. I will contact Kodak and see if they replace it. I think that will be my only option for now.
