Review on 🌀 ARCTIC P12 PWM - 120 mm Pressure-Optimised Case Fan with Very Quiet Motor, Computer, Fan Speed: 200-1800 RPM - Black/Black by Ryan Gilliam

I bought two of these when they were $6.35 each and zipped them onto my Sapphire Nitro R9 390. I don't even notice the fans spinning under load. The temperature is 57C (gaming), which is great for how hot this card can get. However, I still have to do a stress test.
