So now my fridge is fully charged. Before that there were a few scratches. It's ok but I wanted it to look nice and new so I bought this product. Read the instructions carefully. Using a test strip, I made sure there was no plaque. Did everything EXACTLY as described in the instructions. The gray overlay didn't remove the scratches so I had to switch to a brown overlay. After a light application, every area where the brown pad was used left the fridge badly scratched. I thought maybe it would go away with the last level if you used the gray bar to mess everything up. no Now my slightly scratched fridge is just a thorn in my side. And the answer is no, I didn't apply strong pressure, buffing appeared despite the soft application. Thank you for making things worse. I don't understand how this product got good reviews. My fridge is broken and you know what. I can still see the original scratches.
