Vest and mask aren't worth it
so I followed the sizing guide and got a medium size. The vest was torn on a training day. All I did was jump rope and the seams on the side separated. I'm 5ft 9in, 200lbs, 13% BF just to give you an idea of my height. The mask doesn't fit so well during training either. , it moves and doesn't fit my face snugly no matter how tight I put it on, but that can vary with different face sizes. The skipping rope is the best item in this pack.
