The broom moved everywhere and the bristles are so soft they're barely effective.

The scoop is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, so much so that it's almost unwieldy. The bell is a good idea, but the bristles are so soft it's difficult to sweep anything into the dustpan. Also, the broom's swivel head doesn't have a locking mechanism, so it flexes and moves in all directions while you're trying to sweep with it. It's not a bad set, but I wouldn't recommend it.
