I received a Samsung Spin 7 new laptop as a gift. The battery that came with the kit only lasted a few months, completely stopped charging, the charging box heated up with each charge. how does it work. The ability to charge this charger like the other one I bought only lasts 1-3 months, after which it stops working completely. I have sent an email to Samsung about this issue but have not received a response.
