Review on Trudeau Vinegar Bottle 3 Inch Applicable by Crystal Drake

I'm disappointed in this bottle. He pours a lot of basalmic vinegar, but I can hardly get him to pour olive oil. Also, I can't get him to ONLY pour olive oil. Bazalmic is still dripping as long as I hold down the oil button. I'm so sad! This is such a beautiful bottle and it can be so useful! I have tried this several times. The oil almost does not come out, and the basalt just pours out. Mine is still full of olive oil and almost no basaltic vinegar. The small vinegar tank is made of plastic and can be easily removed for cleaning. The bottle itself feels solid and has a nice design. I just want it to work. It took them a while to reply but they helped me by suggesting the best way to seal the top. Apparently the silicone doesn't seal the bottle well if you unscrew the cap too quickly (I've removed and reinserted the cap many times to get it to work). So, following her advice, I removed the top and very slowly screwed it back on. Now when I press the "Oil Only" button it works fine. If I let both pour out, there's still a lot more basaltic acid than there should be at a six to one ratio, but I may have to try again to get a better seal. **Update** I have emailed the company again to let them know that this bottle is still not working properly. They sent me a shipping label, asked me to return the faulty bottle and sent me a new one very quickly. The new bottle works great and I'm happy to say I'm happy with this product now.
