I bought this to work from home and be more mobile. First, the instructions on how to use it are very unclear. Mute doesn't work, the instructions just say "short press volume + and volume - together" but doesn't say how long the "short press" is. I did short press and long press but the sound wouldn't go off. The instructions indicated how long the "long press" was, but not the "short press". Then all my callers complained that I sounded "far away" and/or had a lot of "white noise in the background".
