Good sound but terrible microphone

I've been using this headset exclusively all day, on the phone, in chats and everyone almost didn't hear me and didn't understand the words. The earphone is quite comfortable. I even often forgot it was on my ear. The sound quality was decent but I let the headset die and let my son play with it.
