This part works correctly as advertised but will take some time to fit. The thickness of the board you mount it on makes the part more or less correct. Hole Size This obviously affects the fit, but I ended up using super glue to hold it in place. Silicone RV glue would have been better, but I had to install the radio that same day. There should be a link to a template for the correct hole size cut. The calipers worked, but drawing a cutout hole on an oddly shaped panel can be challenging.
