The material is very light and airy. It's perfect for running/exercising outdoors in warm weather. My rating is 4 stars ONLY for the size. I mostly wear medium in women's clothing, but sometimes small in loose clothing. To be on the safe side, I chose the middle one, but I should have taken the small one. This is a very loose training top. So if you normally fit between two sizes, choose the smaller one. It's also longer than I expected. I'm 5ft 9" and the shirt covers most of my butt. Not a problem for me, just wanted to point out that it's a bit longer than you might expect. In general I like it. I liked walking in it. I would buy again, just one size smaller.
