It looks the same as DiamondClean, but it's not the same. I see reviews saying they are real and might be, but for me they just don't work like the ones I buy direct from SC (2 packs). First, the ones I buy direct have "DiamondClean" written upside down, but these only say "Philips Sonicare". It fits my DC toothbrush but makes a loud noise when brushing which is very annoying - it doesn't feel like a snug fit but it does. The bristles don't feel like the originals either - they feel softer. Some people might like it, but I don't. I will not buy these again. I buy mine from Bed Bath & Beyond and while it costs more, there's a reason it's worth paying more.
