Although it looks the same as DiamondClean

It looks the same as DiamondClean, but it's not the same. I see reviews saying they are real and might be, but for me they just don't work like the ones I buy direct from SC (2 packs). First, the ones I buy direct have "DiamondClean" written upside down, but these only say "Philips Sonicare". It fits my DC toothbrush but makes a loud noise when brushing which is very annoying - it doesn't feel like a snug fit but it does. The bristles don't feel like the originals either - they feel softer…

It was great as there are 3 of us

I used to buy one of these 6 sets. Each brush has an icon on it, and my previous purchase had three icons, two brushes each. It was great as there are three of us. When I bought this product I looked at the pictures and enlarged them to see the three characters. When my package arrived I was very disappointed that I had two different icons, three brushes each. I am very satisfied with the product in all other respects, but I was fooled by the picture, which is why only three stars. I have…

Philips quality control continues to decline and prices remain high

I have been using Sonicare toothbrushes for about fifteen years now. I've tried multiple devices, tried all the heads, etc. In my opinion, the quality control of these Philips products has steadily declined. On these attachments I found some odd bristles, poorly finished and sticking out at an odd angle. You might not think a broken bristle is a lot, but you can feel it in your mouth. It's easy enough to fix with scissors, but given the ridiculous price of a Sonicare OEM head (multiplied by…

Brushing your teeth sounds like a jackhammer

5 out of 6 toothbrush heads are great. However, one of them makes a crazy loud noise when used. So loud that I could hear it from the living room while my wife brushed her teeth in the bathroom. Our house is about 2800 square meters. so it wasn't just a little noise. I ordered the same toothbrush heads about 9 months ago and as soon as I heard the noise I remembered that the set does the same. We ended up throwing the head away. So we broke the $8.50 toothbrush head. For the price they should…

Not what they advertise!

I have already purchased replacement heads and the packaging looked like the one I had before, but what I received does not match what is advertised. I also wanted to make sure the ones I ordered had symbols to distinguish me from my friends but they are all the same. I don't know why there is this copper or label on the bottom making it look like the toothbrush was made and left unfinished. The third photo is my original toothbrush head where you can see the difference. Wouldn't recommend or…

Eco-friendly packaging

Nozzles are fine. A bad mark for packaging that is obscenely wasteful and inconvenient to load - pretty much the worst case of repacking I've ever seen. A plastic bed (that can at least be resealed - positive markings there) is attached to a thick 12 x 13 inch (30 x 32 cm) cardboard card. I'm not imagining it! Multiplier effect in terms of wasted resources as Revain has to use a big big box to ship the item (and Philips in turn had to use a big big box to ship the boxes of stuff to Revain)…

  • I don't like anything, everything is fine

I use them because I know they work

I was skeptical how much better DiamondClean is compared to manual brushing or even other electric toothbrushes. My dad was in town with an extra toothbrush head and insisted I try it. I only did this to reassure him and I have to say that the cleanliness was so obvious and so different from other ways of brushing that I immediately bought Sonicare toothbrushes for all my family members. I bought the cheaper ones for my daughters because they were the only ones in pink. (Colored items make them
