When I first took the cables out of the box, I noticed that one of the cables had a few strands sticking out. I contacted the seller (Syncwire) and asked him about it. They asked me to take a picture and show them the cable. I wanted to do it but I was very busy for several days and it kept getting pushed into the future. They sent a replacement cable. It took me a while to realize this because lately I usually leave the package for a few days before opening it. I was finally able to take a picture and send it to them and the next day I opened the package which was already there. I was a little surprised. Syncwire got the job done before I could take a picture. That's great of you. Incidentally, the quality of the cables turned out to be very good. They seem to be very durable and I'm sure they will probably outlive the phones I use them with. I know that any product can have imperfections from time to time, so it really depends on customer service and how they deal with it. From what I understand, Syncwire has done an amazing job.
