This cage took me about 1 hour. I did most of it by myself, the only part I needed help with was the tubing. I didn’t use the directions at all I used the picture on the website. The stairs weren’t purple I was disappointed about that. My hamster Starbucks loves the cage, she was skeptical at first because she was in a ten gallon tank for all of her life until now. She was able to escape 2 times both my fault I felt the side door open the other time there was a gap between the small middle roof and the cage. I got her back each time. The cage makes life easier for me for feeding, changing shavings, and getting her out of the cage. I recommend this cage for anyone who has a energetic and curious Hamster. Make sure you double check your cage doors and roofs and check on your animal you have in there.
