Better than bad Blade

I use these to cut pallets which means I inevitably run into nails and/or bits of dirt or sand stuck to the wood. I've used both this and Bad Blade on dozens of palettes so I have a good base to compare. The Gunpla notch is approximately 1/16" thinner than the Bad Blade, meaning it cuts faster and can still cut, albeit slower when there are chips on a pair of carbide teeth. ) staggers even when a tooth is missing. Made of softwood up to 3/4" thick, this blade allows me to cut almost as fast as I can draw the blade. Quick note for those who have not used wood cutting discs on angle grinders before: 1) EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Know Know exactly where other body parts are and keep them away from where the blade is going and where it could hit if it caught on a nail or knot causing the saw to kick back. The blade cuts in 0, 25 seconds can slice off a finger or fatally open a large artery such as the femur 2) Always hold the cutting tool firmly and trust the speed and torque of the blade to cause an uneven motion 3) Always cut in a pulling motion , not in a pushing motion 4) The blade is aggressive and fast and SHIPS anything you cut at high speed Use goggles or a n face shield if you have one. I had tiny pieces of wood (flat) stuck into the skin of my face and into my clothes. don't be an idiot

Pros
  • Power tool parts and accessories
