Mixed feelings about exercise and fitness
Mixed feelings about it. It's a very, very high waist. I had to tuck in the waist to make it a true pair of shorts. I bought an M. I'm about 5ft 4 inches tall and weigh 117lbs of normal proportions but I carry my weight in the middle (mom life). I wore it to a 5 mile run in Hawaii and it definitely lifted my legs a bit. In general I think everything is fine. I could probably scale down too small. Luckily there are no camel toes and no sweat stains in the crotch.
