Read the reviews and you'll see a pattern of constant disconnects. I'd been frustrated for days and was willing to return my "refurbished" AirPods Pro as a bad buy when I decided to remove the cover to fix a connection issue. And once I did that, the AirPods worked great! That's when I noticed a small rounded protrusion on the inside of the lid (to make it easier to pair third-party devices). But the lid is tight enough to keep pressing that pairing button! So every time you open the lid, it keeps asking you to connect your AirPods to your device. I got the blade to the button and now the case is functional. Many other buyers face the same problem. The manufacturer must remedy the situation.
