It has been very helpful, it's easy to navigate and learn even if you have no experience with this product. I like how simple it makes it to track AV equipment and also troubleshoot any issues we may come across. The only thing i dislike about resource management suite is its price tag. If your looking into purchasing an application or trying to find some way to keep costs down then go ahead! You will not be disappointed once you get started using this tool. We are able to quickly diagnose any problems our clients might encounter when connecting to their systems through VPNs or over IP addresses.
