We put this in our workout room and it's great. It replaces 2 yoga mats that we had in there with a nice black padded surface.It comes with a carrying case and straps so you can roll it up and take it with you. But it's quite a large mat and I can't imagine moving it around much. But, if you do need mobility with your extra-large exercise mat, this is a good choice.The instructions point out that there may be an odor for a few days and it may be a bit slippery at first. Neither of those problems were significant enough for us to follow some cleaning instructions that were provided - after a few days it worked just fine.
