We bought this device, assembled it, turned it on, everything seems to work, but there is one thing, but nothing is really described in the instructions! It is only indicated that to select the mode, press the STEAM / STEAM button and the modes do not switch, the first time the indicator flashes green, the second time it just lights up and this does not change the steam supply mode! Maybe I'm a fool or the device is defective, but in the end, it turns out to steam something for a very long time and steamy, if you compare this device with conventional steam generators, then this device is complete crap! There are no detailed instructions on the Internet, in stores they don’t really explain or show anything! I don’t know why such good reviews are written here, but this device is not worth the money you pay for it, the red price is a maximum of 10,000 and that’s expensive! Personally, my opinion is that the manufacturer himself writes these reviews so that they buy this device, but this is a complete fiasco for Tefal! My decision is this, I’ll try to take it under warranty, if it’s not defective and should work like that, then I’ll try to sell this stuff, maybe I’ll return at least some of the money and I’ll be smarter in the future!
