I mean, I hate to use such a terrible analogy, but at least it gets the point across. You can also say that it is like candy for children. ;) I've tried literally all or almost all bird seed and this stuff is ready to go. Where I still had maybe 1-2 birds in my feeding trough and basically always the same species. Now I have their circus for all time. There are so many of them that sometimes they clear the bird feeder in a day (for others it takes a week!). This attracts a great range of songbirds which I'll have to look for some because I've never seen them before! came up with this concoction, kudos to you and i pray you get rewarded for it because it's a STONE! The only downside is that you will probably end up buying 3-4 times more than you used to because the birds eat it up so quickly! Rzhunimagu :-)
