I bought it in 2017. Setting it up as a RAID 10 array with 4.4TB hard drives was pretty easy, giving me 8TB of storage. I used it for a few months with no problems, but then I decided to transfer it to a new computer. When I turned off the old computer, turned off the hard drive enclosure, plugged it into the new computer and turned it back on, I found that some of my data was corrupted and I had to completely reformat the device. Then I just recently unplugged it from my computer to clean up a bit and when I plugged it back in and turned everything back on, the RAID array was defective and the hard drives showed up as separate drives in Disk Management. I tried going to the company's website which has a lot of broken links (you can't even see what the warranty is on the device), tried calling their phone number on the website, nobody answered. I tried calling the phone number on their Facebook page but no one answered. Luckily I shut down the device, turned off my computer, restarted my computer and waited for it to fully boot up, then reconnected the hard drive enclosure and it worked fine. I would recommend backing up any data you have on the hard drives in this case and good luck if you ever run into any technical difficulties. It seems you are on your own. UPDATE: I got a reply to an email I sent to tech support and they said they wouldn't call me without more information about my issue. This was after I had already got the drive working again. I was advised to download a program to check the integrity of all hard drives.
