When I ordered this I was expecting a solid chain. Unfortunately this was not the case, after opening it I cut off one length and measuring the second length found it was already cut. As I continued, I noticed that it was cut in several places. In some places where it was cut, they took a piece of wire and tried to just thread it through the ends and tie it together. I wish I had noticed this before I cut my first piece and I would have sent it back. The closures were also difficult to use, stuck and did not want to open. I had to use a small pair of pliers to break them apart enough to open them. Overall just not very impressed with this product!
