Just read about the different sizes and style combinations ie. small or Lg. as well as 2 full handles, 1 half handle and 1 full handle or 2 half handles depending on what type of switches you have. I use a 29" single speed so I went for 2 Full Grip. Very satisfied. They are super comfortable and supportive. Hands are no longer numb. RubberSpongyCorkaDoodleDo Stuff is amazing. Just use Windex to easily put them on and align the lockers where you want and tighten until strong. Don't over tighten. It's aluminum so slowly tighten until it's snug and you won't have a problem. I ride hard and they took the abuse well!
