The product creates a strong connection between my underlay and the embroidery. At first I thought it would show through at the edges, but it's not. To keep my fabric evenly taut, especially where it was folded over the edge, I was able to reposition the fabric by pulling it firmly and evenly. This will become a mainstay in my crafting and assembly tools.
