The Teflon piece is too short in width.
Two sets received as described. Same material as the standard parts that came with my impulse sealer, just brown. The only problem I have is the width of the teflon tape. The width is too narrow making it difficult to attach and screw metal panels to hold them in place. I had to reuse my old one to make the impulse sealer usable. Also, it looks like my impulse sealer came with a 9 inch metal heating element. To make this new 8" strip work, I had to manipulate the screw-in part to make the 8" strip usable.
