The clip on the belt fell off after a day. Phone dropped on the floor

The plastic seems strong but after a day of use the bar holding the belt clip to the holster caused my phone to come loose. Then my phone fell to the ground. Not good. I reassembled it and found that one end of the rod was uncrimped. I smeared a drop of epoxy on each side to keep the rod from slipping out. Shouldn't have done it
