It has all of our data in one place so we can easily access it from anywhere at anytime. The interface could be more intuitive for non-technical users but I have seen that improve over time with updates as well. We've been able to create very detailed reports and use them daily without any issues or problems. If you need an easy way to track your employees' performance then this tool will do exactly what they promise! Easy accessibility across devices such as mobile phones/tablets etc., no additional software needed (other than browser) which makes life easier when using out offsite locations like client sites where internet connectivity isn't always reliable. Data collection during projects both internal & external are now much simpler because everything's stored securely online. This allows us to view past project information quickly allowing us to make better decisions going forward.
