Review on Doc Baileys Leather Clear by Gordo Prince

I have used a variety of riding glove conditioners over the years and have always been disappointed with the end result. The gloves were either soaked, tough, downright ugly, or not at all like they were new. I really like the feel and elasticity of well-treated leather. So I was skeptical about this product but lots of great reviews as well as product recommendations from Fox Leather (they make great motorcycle jackets, gloves etc) convinced me to try it. I have a pair of very old suede gloves that have tens of thousands of miles on them, plus a pair of newer suede gloves that are quite faded, plus a pair of thin summer suede gloves that are also faded and dried out. Doc Bailey's product was absolutely amazing! It restored the black color, restored lost elasticity, and brought the "feel" of the gloves pretty much back to how they were when new. Not quite like new, but damn close. Great! Somehow this material managed to fully penetrate the skin and set immediately, but the gloves didn't feel soaked in oil. NOTE. Wear nitrile gloves when applying! From now on this will be my favorite product. My friend is bringing her favorite worn black shoes and I can't wait to restore them. I am sure she will be happy. I really didn't think such a product existed. Thank you Doc Bailey's for such a great formula! Update: The shoes came out BIG! Both pairs look literally new. And she can be picky.
