So good that I ordered a 2nd one.

Have been using the whole system for 2 years now. I don't need the parts from the second set of plates yet. I just don't want to be able to find them when I need them at some point. High quality diamond coated steel plates. You can use inserts to completely change the angle of an edge and then give it a super sharp and super smooth edge. Other models have been released in the Work Sharp line, but initial cornering response is still the best, and this addition makes it even better.
