I only gave it 4 stars because the top is bulky and ugly but it's not expensive, fancy headlights for people so that's it. and they each take 4 AA batteries which are not included. but whatever. They're more for the road and trees, I'm sure. lol a good reason to get a charger and rechargeable batteries! I wanted them in our rooms for the night lighting and this is perfect for our Disney room! The Fitework light gives it the right magical nighttime touch :) There are different modes on the remote control as well as options from dark to light, that's nice! The first night I thought it doesn't look like the photos, what am I doing wrong. So I looked at the reviewers' photos and realized that some people did it the same way we did, and some people got it right! Lolz, you obviously have to move things up to make a ball yourself, but also move the three parts of each spike into a triangle to make them pop! You'll see what I mean. I figured since the other reviewer looked as sad as mine it just won't look like the picture until I see more photos and think oh yeah! lol smh anyway hope that was helpful. I can't wait to get my daughter back from dad! She will be delighted and will be happy to arrange the ball in her own way! She loves doing stuff like that, it actually takes a while to get it right, but it's fun for the kids. Gives them a sense of accomplishment and I made it! You know? :) By the way, other reviews said that remote controls work for EVERYONE! Not checked yet. Remote controls already work
