Easy on the early morning stomach

Take 2 capsules early in the morning along with plenty of spring before making porridge once a week. When breakfast is ready an hour later, my stomach is growling and I'm ready to eat. I haven't had any issues with them and they seem to help with the gas my vegan diet sometimes causes.
