I love how easy it was to set up in our venue because there were so many integrations we could use right out of box including their app which has helped us sell tickets via mobile devices as well as printable vouchers for members who are not able to attend events online. We also have been using them at several other venues now too where they can easily be used with Ticketmaster or SeatGeek integration if needed (we don't need these but I like being prepared). The reporting feature needs some work - you cannot customize reports very much. It's good though since all information about sales & revenue comes from this one centralized source. Reporting to management/accountants.
