Disappointed with shoes

I really liked these shoes when I first got them and kept them until the gym opened after Covid 19. They were very comfortable and supportive! I've worn them a dozen times at most. I left them in the car after a workout so I could run errands in my gym bag for a few hours on a 90 degree day. As you can see part of the sole of the boot has melted. There's no way I can fix this myself. Very disappointed in these $100 shoes! I expected a lot more from a New Balance product 😢
