I wear it every day on the beat and I'm very happy. It's comfortable, good quality, and has enough cord to slip easily through the inside of my uniform and plug into my radio (on my duty belt). The variety of earplugs and pigtails is amazing! You are guaranteed to find the installation that suits you. I've had many others (more expensive) that didn't have the same sound quality and comfort. Not sure about the water resistance, so on rainy days I swap out the stock mic just in case.
